Full-Stack Rails Developer

At Sandglaz you will be working with a small team to define, architect, design and deliver the next set of solutions that will make teams more productive. You will have a direct impact on the growth, vision and culture of Sandglaz.
Requirements:
- Experience building web applications with Ruby on Rails or other web frameworks and languages.
- Proficient in Javascript, jQuery, CSS3, and HTML5.
- You take full responsibility of the quality of your code. This means your code is well architected and unit tested.
- Passionate about providing a good user experience. You have good attention to detail, and you put the customer first.
Nice to have:
- Backbone and CoffeeScript.
- Jasmine or Mocha.
- PhoneGap.
- Performance and Integration testing with Selenium.
